Elle F2024-05-07Norberto worked on my friend and I's hair and he was very awesome. My friend had a buzz cut and I had a color reput in my hair, cut it, and had it blown out. He worked so fast and I love the look. I also had trouble finding a salon that understood I just wanted color put back in and not to bleach my hair anymore (since I am planning on getting it cut out when it grows out), but him and the others working there listened to me, offered advice, but did do my hair the way I asked instead of ignoring what I wanted. Everyone there was friendly with my friend and I and just most of all I love my hair!

I came in with a rough idea and a reference picture and Ernesto blew my expectations away. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! They are all very kind and Ernesto took his time to listen to my concerns. I cant wait to go back!

I was welcimed in a very warm way which made me feel at ease right away. Excellent customer service. You could notice they are knowledgeable and experienced hair dressers. Their team is multilingual which made the experience even more memorable for my daughters and I. Finally I loved also that they thought about every detail, a team member very respecrfully approached us & asked for our consent to record our before & after picture and a short video, we loved it 🥰 You will be in the best hands at Matiz.
